Met with Dominic Viglione and discussed ways that we could utilize the incentive payment to do something that would work for BJ's and still be in our budget. After discussion, we are proposing that in exchange for the Incentive payment, Dominic will create a 2nd display system wide at the entrance to the club store so that everyone who entered would have to walk past the cherry pallet display. I went to the BJ's close to their office and they had a display there today with a pallet of California strawberries and a pallet of spongecakes (for making strawberry shortcake). The location is impactful. You cannot get into the store without walking past the display. Additionally, Dominic said that if we wanted to use the $2000 from the Intents, that rather than take the cash, he would like to use it toward sending 2 BJ's people who had not previously been to the NW out to see the operation. He said that he would like to send either 2 new people in the department, or perhaps 1 new person and his boss, who has not been there.
