I met with Andrew Smith and Melissa Hamilton. We talked about the merger between Spartan and Nash Finch. As the two companies are in the early stages of the merger, there will be no changes of merchandiser responsilities or regions at this time. Both Andrew and Melissa hoped that this year's cherry crop was much improved over last years. They did well last year but had a lot of headaches doing it. We covered all of our materials and spent time discussing the late season sales opportunities. We also discussed the possibility of a sales contest in their corporate stores.
