I met with Dan Dippel. We discussed last year's promotions and sales and 2012's. With the problems that last year's cherry crop experienced, Dan felt that they really did better than expected. He said his Rainier sales actually got stronger. We discussed all the details and projections of the 2014 cherry season and Dan said if he can get the cherries, he will promote them. We talked a lot about the late season opportunities and volume we expect. We also discussed their opening of stores in the Chicago Market along with the growth they are experiencing with the rest of their Piggly Wiggly group. We talked about apricots and the new varieties and window of opportunity for additional sales. He mentioned that last year was the first year that he had an opportunity to advertise them and did quite well. He requested P.O.P. and the Profit piece for store meetings
