Talked to Bill Pollard in regard to problems with appointments, etc. He said he didn't get my emails, materials left last year and just got item I left for him in April. He set appointment for 6/3/2013 at 2:30 p.m. Asked me to send a test email and he would replay Also to confirm appointment. I sent email in the afternoon. Did not receive reply.
