I met with Vince Mastramauro and I presented the entire 2013 cherry promotion and materials. Vince was concerned that the California and N/W crops could cause a glut of cherries. This glut could cause the independent stores to low- ball prices and make Sunset's quality N/W cherries look expensive. They will watch this closely. Vince indicated he will advertise and promote cherries continually, if the quality holds out. They ordered a lot of P.O.P. and requested the health piece in a "22 x 26" sign to put into their standards in the department.
