Tim Shepard was ill and he had me meet with Mark Deem (the cherry and stone fruit buyer). It worked out great as he becomes key when selecting the right times to promote items. We had a very good discussion on the crop's volume periods and then packaging. He really is interested in the gusseted bag as it has been a very sucessful sales tool with grapes. He said he would discuss it with his shippers.
