I discussed the 2011 N/W Cherry and Apricot merchandising promotions with Dave Rhodes. He was looking forward to the cherry season and has elected to do a chain wide display of volume increases contest for the entire month of July. He related that they have done two other display contests and have had 15% increases in volume of the item. Dave ordered materials that he feels will add to the season.
