I met with Tom West who is new to the Spartan Produce team. He advised me of the changes in Spartan, such as converting the Felpaush banner to Family Fare - D & W. He also discussed the VG's stores that they own corporately and their extensive remodeling of the 17 store group serving the Detroit suburbs. Tom and I discussed a lot of the materials and information we had available, and will discuss it with their merchandisers. He is looking forward to the crop updates this summer.
