I met with Dick Hastings and presented the cherry and apricot programs. Dick requested P.O.P. materials which I will follow up on. We discussed many ways to give store personnel incentives to build sales. Dick indicated that he has had very good success with past contests and if the cherries are of good quality, he would encourage it. Dick will discuss displays with his supplier so he can try the out-of-department displays.
