Today I met with Mike Lucas. (Mike was joined by two new associates, Aaron Jillson and John Storms.) Mike will be leaving to go to another area of Target on Monday after only one year. The new associates will start next week as their positions change. We discussed our 2011 cherry program and how we could encourage additional sales. They were particularly interested in demographics of the cherry customer and consumption regionally. We discussed the apricot promotions and they were going to go with bagged apricots 100% this year. We discussed having the new team look to me for any questions that our research results could answer for them. Mike related that the new associates didn't have business cards but, he would have them E-mail me with their contact information.
