I met with Jim Bilbrey today to present the 2011 N/W Cherry promotional program. Jim was looking forward to large sized cherries to promote. He told me he liked our materials and ordered them for his stores. He also wanted to have materials to use at managers meetings to kick off the season. He indicated that he uses very little Calif. cherries due to their flavor profiles and poor sizing. He likes to please his customers with flavor and size and feels that sets him apart. Jim felt that after the poor weather in Chicago this winter every one is getting anxious for summer weather and fruit.
