Wakefern agrees to insert a banner prepared to Wakefern’s specifications by the WSFC on the ShopRite app commencing on or about 6/29/25, leaving it up for at least four weeks. The banner will provide customers an opportunity to click on it and be taken directly to a site to purchase cherries. Wakefern agrees to provide the WSFC with data on the number of clicks on the banner and the number of sales resulting from those clicks.
