Met with Joe Lerario, Produce Sales Manager for Kings/Balducci at his office.  Both banners are upscale stores who need extra large, good quality cherries.  Joe told me that 20% of the store $ at Kings are from produce, and at Balducci, at certain times of the year, it approaches 27% of store dollars.  They plan to advertise this yearand would also like to do a sales contest at store level.
