Increase will be measured over the 4 week period of June 15th through July 17th. Food Lion will determine how they will achieve this increase. Sure you can achieve this goal, but If for some reason the 10% is not achieved, we will pay Food Lion $1800.00 for each percent of increase over the previous year, up to the maximum stated. This is a company wide incentive & all Food Lion stores/distribution centers are to participate. Proof of performance required of Food Lion is a wrap up letter and NW Cherry movement print out sheets, or other proof of movement, comparing 2019 and 2020.
