I met with Blake Parker today.  We had a great meeting.  Blake recognizes the importance of NW Cherries to his departments and the sales that they add to them during the summer months.  He was eager an anxious to know about the upcoming crop and when they would begin.  He had some fore knowledge that they were going to be a few weeks late and fortunately I had some information to share and give to him as James had just sent out an update on the 2019 season and where we were at.  He intends to do a better job than last year (4 ads) and said that he was going to promote NW cherries as long as he could and that included August as that is still summer to him and that it is hot in Alabama at that time of the year.  He plans on getting some pos material for his stores and I told him that I would help him all I could if he should run into any difficulties.  He appreciated me pointing out to him that he had not been taking advantage of the bonus opportunities that they could have earned and he planned on capturing some extra dollars this year.
