I called on James Saldutti with Earth Fare on Friday afternoon, April 5th.  This was my 2nd year calling on him.  He was very glad to see me and we had a fantastic meeting.  Earth Fare is up to 55 stores now.  He seemed very interested in the pos and recipes we could offer them.  He was very interested in the Northwest Cherry care and handling chart and plans on ordering them.  I told him I would be very much willing to help him in ordering if he ran into any issues.  He also took a positive approach to the NW Cherries being late this year.  He said that the way he looked at it was that he was just going to take 2-3 weeks off the front end of the deal and add them to the end of the deal in August to sell.  Great meeting.
