I met with Derek Neu , and Justin Ahrendt. They have been using N/W Cherries for two weeks and the sales have been better than expected. They have experianced problems loading and truck availability. This could be a costly issue as the need for large quantities to get out on time for the July 4th. holiday is important. We discussed a lot of cherry sizing merchandising and Derek reminded me that the offer "2 bite" cherries as an option.  Derek mentioned the pricing he has received well into July and feels that they will have a record year. 

I discussed our stone fruit program with Justin. He elaborated the need to satisfy a large customer base in multi states. They have needs for Calif., Colorado, Illinois, and South East peaches with Wash. St. fruit at the end. I will call him in late July to remind him of our fruit.
