2018 account call
I met with Rick Carbonell today with Sedanos. Sedanos continues to grow as they now have 35 stores and will add 1-2 more this year. Rick at one time would never consider running any kind of cherries in his ads, regardless of the source. He is now seeing the importance they are to his department, and even ran 4 weeks of ads for us last year. Last year the logo/NWest wording was left out of 2 ads, and he even sent me a letter at the end of season last year apologizing for the oversight. This year he sent an email to his ad department stating the importance of the logo and said he did not think this would happen this year. He said that he planned on promoting NW cherries even more in 2018. He was anxiously asking me when we would be starting and says he looks forward to the updates I send him. He even brought up the California Cherries and how short the crop was going to be. So busy that they have given Rick an assistant to help him in the office. I got to meet Glenda today as well. She is going to be a big help to him. Think this is going to be the best year yet for NW Cherries for Sedanos and us as well
