I met with Christi Rozema  at their Grand Rapids office. This is the first meeting with Christi as she was given the cherry category this summer after my meetings with Mark Carlson. I have saved local ads and we reviewed them to make sure Meijer received credit for their efforts. She was very happy to have such a successful year for volume and no delivery issues. She was very pleased with the size and quality that they were able to offer their customers. They ran both a sales contest and a display contest this year that really was successful. One question we discussed was the possibility of cherry  fatigue as the season was so long.  We had a good dialog and got to know each other so we can get off to a good start next spring.
