Met with Donnie Roundtree today and had a very good meeting.  We discussed the upcoming crop and how we needed his support more than ever to move the crop this year.  He has been a big supporter of Northwest Cherries for many years, not only now but when he was with Hitchcocks a few years ago.  I think we will get the support we need again this year as Donnie realizes how important Cherries are to his departments during the summer months.  He is also going to be opening a store just a few miles from here in Concord NC.  He invited me to come and visit with him when this store opens in June.  With it only being around 20 miles away, I told him I would be more than happy to visit the new store when he is there and for him to let me know the date and address.
