Don Parsons was on vacation and I met with his assistant Bob Fordend for about 45 minutes. We had a great visit together and is well aware/informed of the importance of Northwest Cherries to his produce departments. He has been in the business for 30+ years and works very closely with Don on produce promotions. He told me his favorite fruit is Ranier cherries and he is excited about the upcoming crop.
