I met with Ed Osowski. Although he was on vacation he insisted that we meet at one of Martins retail locations. He said he has had shippers visiting him but felt he wanted our input also. We had a very lengthy meeting discussing last season, the outlook for this year including timing, sizing etc.Produce has been a strength in their sales and he is very innovative. We discussed our digital help for his merchandising and customer contact. For some years Ed has had a very successful Apricot promo. It started when he was on a retailer trip we sponsored a few years back. They are looking to do it again this year if the product is available. ED ordered POP and merchandising materials.
