I met with John Gardner. We had a very long meeting discussing his stores, and what he should be doing to get the most sales with displays, display location and signage. We talked a lot about the timing of this years crop and discussed ad opportunities. We also discussed apricot merchandising and the timing of this crop.John ordered a lot of POP.
