I met with Dennis Adelsperger and we discussed our entire cherry program. He felt he could really increase his cherry sales by starting his advertising earlier than last year. He brought up a in house cooking class program that would feature a meal with all courses based on cherries.
Dennis will contact the chef and forward me all the detail as far as expenses etc. He did feel that these were a very good means of increasing sales.
