I had a nice visit again with BJ?s and pointed out to him that I had seen Sam?s Club with a cherry display at the entrance. I showed him the picture I had taken there and it was impactful. As you and I discussed I asked Dominic about selecting several stores, setting up displays, and then tracking shrink and comparing it to increased sales. He felt that this would be valuable and agreed to try to put it together. I want to make sure that he understands what we are looking for so propose the following on his ?Intent?.

"BJ?s agrees to designate at least 15 of it?s better producing Club Stores as test stores. At those stores, BJ?s will create displays at or near the entrance to the store on the weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) and will maintain these displays for at least 3 weekends. At the end of the period, BJ?s will evaluate the difference in shrink as compared to the increased sales to determine the value of this type of display going forward. BJ?s agrees to share this data with Northwest Cherries in exchange for payment under this agreement.?

We are offering them $2000. James has approved and we are offering them $2000 in exchange for this activity.
