Met with Peter Wildes and Bruce Barker from Hannaford. Peter took over from Nate Sprague in the middle of last cherry season. He is assisted by Bruce. Peter mentioned about how they are going from centralized buying in Salisbury back to local buying in Scarborough. They both saw this as a positive and an opportunity for increased promotional activity. They are interested in more information on digital, as they are emphasizing that more every year, and James is following up with that. They also mentioned a "Fresh" magazine which is published 6 times a year and given to their customers when they spend $25. They have a July/August issue and Asked if we would see it as an opportunity for additional promotions as of cherries. It could give us a nice opportunity to promote health benefits and a recipe or two. It would be too late to do it this year, and we are not expecting a late year, but perhaps is something we should consider for next year. I will send a copy of the magazine to James.
