Today I met with Blake Verble. Blake is new to his position and he was very interested in all the information I could give him concerning cherries. He has had considerable retail experiance and was trying to plan a meeting with their merchandisers and produce managers to really get behind this years cherry deal. He felt they really had to do a better job pushing Rainiers and he asked a lot of merchandising questions. Their team will be having a meeting to plan their sales approach and they will get back to us for POP materials.
