The call was with Rick Keziah CM for Cherries and Janie Schultz e-commerce  and digital manager . The overall meeting covered a variety of subjects from accounting issues to poor performance of print ad execution to excellent support from digital side of the business. All parties came away with positive actions from ALL, Rick was very candid that the slip up on the ads (lack of logo)was by not keeping a closer look at the "intern" proofing the ads, he has assured me that he is committed to make it right. 

Our support this year as last will be the same for both print and digital with the added support of kiosk performance during the beginning of the season.  We have also addressed the accounting issue and are confident that it will be resolved.
