James and myself had a conference call with Mona Goehrke.  Mona was working from her home due to the epidemic.  James and I discussed the upcoming crop and then discussed Ad funding. She indicated that Aldi  will continue to run newspaper ads with a customer copy in the store, They have a copy of next weeks ad item at the door when leaving so the customer can take it home. She quizzed us on our thought of how much they can move when cherries are put on the ad. She felt it was 600% . Mona did comment that a digital ad did not show that kind result and was not enthused with them. James and I will re-evaluate their ad intent needs and I will recontact her.
