I had a meeting with James Sarcletti. We discussed our entire 2018 N/W Cherry program and drilled down on crop timing and volume areas. We discussed Targets new store layouts with the produce depts. laid out in the front of their stores. He told me that they have had such  great success with that layout that they are redoing all their stores. We discussed secondary displays and the great sales that can be achieved.
