Met with Craig Minichiello and also met Josh Higgins, a new produce buyer.  Now that Dale has retired, Craig will be handling the cherries, with help from Mike.  Spoke about the value of advertising and the type of customer that a cherry ad brings into the store and for now, at least, Craig seemed to understand why they should be advertising.  We will have to wait and see if they actually do any better than they have done the last couple of years.  Mike was not in the meeting.  Last year he said that he was not going to go as low as his competition and by being higher priced, it did not make sense to advertise.  We will see if Craig can convince him to change.
