Because of schedule conflicts, Fay Davis and I were not able to meet face to face this spring.  I will try to get by and see him during the season.  In the mean time, however, I emailed him his Intent which he has signed and returned.  I have also mailed him a package with a Profit Plan, POS samples, an order form for POS and a shipper list.  I also included a letter that gave him an update on what we knew about the crop so far and reminded him that I was available if he had any questions during the season.
