Publix store # 1516 met Jorge PM shared with him the custom POS of which he did not have any idea about he had plans to move the cherries up front and replace the cherry plums with cherries. I provided the POS for the department and explained to hime that he needs to keep up for the remained of the season!. I also reported to corporate of the situation to keep JR informed of my findings.
