This store had the best NW Cherry display in all the stores I have visited this season.  They were on a tier type display when you first enter the department and had 16-20 square feet of display space.  Priced at $4.99 lb and in the ad, the NW Cherries were big, clean, fresh, with dark red color and green pliable stems.   Store also had Rainier cherries priced at $7.99 lb displayed in another location in the department.  The store had an end cap of SC Peaches that were nice, but I have seen larger peaches from SC in competition this year.  Color was good but size could have been better.  They were fresh.  California Strawberries and NC Blueberries were displayed together on a table near front of department.  They were both priced at 2/$7.00 ($3.50 each).  California nectarines and plums were displayed in the middle of the department along with organic apricots.  All of the stone fruit was medium in size.  Raspberries were displayed with the Strawberries and blueberries and were large and very appealing.   Grapes were from Mexico and both red seedless and white seedless were priced at $3.99 lb.  Size and color was very good on both.
