This was one of the highest retails that I saw this week on NW cherries.  Location was back of middle section and only about 8 feet max on display space.  This store did not have any Rainier cherries  This store had NW cherries in the ad as well as SC peaches and watermelons.  These seemed to be what this store was pushing as an extra large area was devoted to watermelons.  All of the other stone fruit except peaches were from California.  The store had a good display of California strawberries and NC Blueberries at the front of the department.  Grapes and raspberries were from Mexico.  Both white seedless and red seedless were priced at $1.98 lb.  Department looked like it was getting ready for July 4th sales for the week end.
