Store had both red and Rainier cherries on ad.  The red cherries looked tired.  However the Rainier cherries looked really good in the 1 lb clams.  Rainiers were priced at $5.98.  Store had a huge display of SC peaches at entry of store.  Some of the best looking peaches I have ever seen and they were selling.  They also had some Washington state peaches that also were just as nice in the organic section.  But they were priced at $2.98 per lb which made them a tough sale at $2.19 more per lb.   Blueberries were also on front page ad.  They were from Canada and priced at 2 pints for $3.00.  Big display just as you enter the department and more on the table with raspberries and strawberries.  Raspberries were in 6 ounce clams.  Store also had a big section in the ads for red and white seedless grapes.  Big display on a middle table.  Black seedless, and the red and white were priced the same.  I did not see any California peaches but they did have California nectarines and plums at the same price per lb f $1.98.  The size of the fruit was very large.
