Store had Northwest cherries on the front table as you enter the department.  Quality was good with firm fruit with bright green stems.  Store did not have any Rainier cherries.  Lowes still pushing Eastern peaches as huge display just as you enter the store.  Quality of product was comparable to any California peaches that I have seen this year.  Size was more of a medium large instead of large with good color.  The peaches were also displayed on the back of the first table with other stone fruit and berries from Caifornia.  Nectarines were large as well as the California plums and quality excellent.  Strawberries were very nice and displayed with the other berries such as Blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.  Blueberries were in the ad as a buy 1 get 1 free at $4.99 for 1 lob clam.  They were from Canada.  Red Seedless and white seedless grapes were large and from California.  They were some of best grapes I have seen so far this season.  Both were priced at $3.49 per pound.
