Northwest cherries were on ad this week.  This store had the cherries in 2 different locations.  They also had Rainier cherries at $4.99 lb.  This store also had eastern and California peaches displayed on the front table.  California peaches were priced  at $2.29 lb which was $1.30 more than the Eastern peaches.  Both were very nice and high quality.  Plums and California nectarines were also displayed on this same table.  Nectarines were also in the ad and price was good for both yellow and white flesh fruit.  Blueberries, raspberries and strawberries were also displayed on the second table together.  Blueberries and strawberries were in 1 lb clams and the raspberries were in 6 ounce clams.  Grapes were from Mexico.  They were some of the best I have seen this year in quality and size.  They were in the ad on the back page for $2.49 lb and this price was for both red & green seedless.
