Northwest cherries on front page of ad, however some bags of California cherries were mixed in.  I am sure the store had some California left in the cooler as this is first week Food lion had our cherries.  When I spoke with Nicole at their headquarters last week she said our cherries were coming in then.  I sent an email to Nicole earlier today stressing that having the California cherries displayed with ours might hurt her repeat sales with NW cherries in future and that all of her competition had 100% NW cherries.   This store had Eastern peaches at 99 cents per lb and California peaches at $2.29 lb.  Both had good color but the eastern peaches were on the medium size and California much larger.  They had some great looking apricots that were large and great color.  They were displayed with the plums, nectarines and peaches.  blueberries and strawberries were displayed together in the middle of the department, quality on both great.  Strawberries were priced at 3 1-lb containers for $5.00.  Grapes were from Mexico.  Quality was fair to good and size medium
