Northwest Cherries were in the ad.  On my last visit they had both Canadian (displayed in another location) and Northwest Cherries.  This time the only cherries in the store was Northwest.  They were displayed in 2 locations in the department.  One display was in the middle of the department with other summer fruit and the other display was on a refrigerated end cap.  The displays would soon be 100% full as the produce manager was putting out product.   Quality was still very good as product was turning fast.  Strawberries were on the middle refrigerated table with other berries-- raspberries, black berries and blueberries.  Strawberries were priced at 2/$7.00 and all the other berries were priced at 2/$5.00.  California grapes were outstanding and priced from $1.99 to $2.49 for the different varieties.   this was the only store I checked this day that did not have any eastern peaches in the store.  Peaches, plums, and nectarines were all from California with high color and great size.  All were priced at $1.99 lb.
