Northwest cherries had seen better days.  Stems were not bright green and cherries themselves were on the soft side.  Did not have a big display area and looking like this may be store discontinuing them.  Peaches were from South Carolina, and were probably some of the worst eastern peaches I have seen all year.  Quality and size were fair at best and maybe this store was waiting on a truck.  The nectarines and plums from California were much better both in size, color and quality.  All berries were displayed together in middle of department.  Blueberries were from Canada and Michigan while raspberries and strawberries were from California.  Red and Green seedless grapes were from California and berry size is getting bigger as in competitors.  Quality very good to excellent.
