Store # 0030 located north of Alachua competing with Publix and Hitchcocks. Spoke with produce clerk (Miranda) the produce manager was not in. We are participating with there Kiosk program and have a video, health message and recipe print out for the winn Dixie customers that use there Kiosk loyalty information. To my surprise and disappointment our video was not being featured instead a pork commercial was supported. I contacted the company who is providing the Kiosk in store and complained that the video was not showing our health messaging and that it needs to be since we had paid for the period of 7/19 thru 8/22 ! The program was extended for another week and the I was assured that the ad would be running!
