Comments

Harris Teeter had taken down the display that they did have at the entry of the department and replaced it with eastern peaches.  They did have a good display of both red and yellow rainier cherries near the front of the department.  The red cherries were $4.99 lb and the yellow Rainier cherries were $6.99 lb.  SC peaches were in 2 locations both refrigerated, one near the entry of the department and the other near the front with other stone fruit..  The Store had California peaches priced at $2.99 lb vs $1.79 for the SC peaches.  Both were large and great quality, good color.  The California Nectarines and plums were displayed with other stone fruit and large in size.  The apricots were small and not of good quality.  Strawberries was the #1 lead item in the ad at the crazy price of 4/$5.00.  They were from Florida again this week, quality was good.  They were displayed up front with California blueberries and raspberries.  I was surprised that the blues were from California.  Quality on the blueberries and raspberries was very good.  Blueberries were priced at 3/$10 and the raspberries were priced at 2/$5.  Grapes were from Mexico, medium in size at best.  Red seedless were $2.49 lb and white seedless were $2.99 lb.
